Our client, a well-established approved dealership, is seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor to enhance their busy parts department. - Utilising manufacturer parts catalogue systems for accurate ordering
- Maintaining accurate administration records
- Building robust relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
- Ensuring all departmental tasks are completed promptly and professionally
- A minimum of 12 months' experience within an automotive Parts Department
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a good understanding of business operations
- Reliable and proactive with the ability to work independently
- Flexible approach to work schedules
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional attitude and team player mentality
