Salary: £28,700 basic per annum plus bonus, £33,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours with Saturday mornings on rota

We are seeking an experienced Parts Supervisor to support the smooth and efficient running of a busy parts department. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Receiving, checking, and correctly storing daily stock
- Picking, packing, and dispatching parts accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining departmental records and filing systems
- Ordering parts and accessories under the guidance of the Service Manager
- Delivering excellent customer service across retail, trade, and internal enquiries
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and operating standards
- Previous experience as a Parts Supervisor in an automotive environment
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with great customer‑handling ability
- Target‑driven mindset with a professional approach
- A team player who can motivate and support colleagues effectively
