Key Duties:

  • Process payrolls from start to finish accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage PAYE, pensions, National Insurance, and statutory deductions.
  • Support clients with payroll-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
  • Work with payroll systems including BrightPay, Xero, Sage, and other platforms.
  • Ensure payroll deadlines are consistently met.


Requirements:

  • Previous payroll experience essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organised with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Friendly and professional communication skills.
  • Experience within an accountancy practice beneficial but not essential.
  • Confident using payroll software and computer systems.
