Payroll Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process for a busy, multi-site workforce of around 300 employees across multiple locations. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys full responsibility for payroll delivery and thrives in a role where accuracy, organisation, and communication are key.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full end-to-end payroll processing for approx. 300 employees
  • Use of Sage Payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Reconciliation of payroll reports 
  • Handling payroll queries in a professional, timely and customer-focused manner
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring full statutory compliance at all times
  • Acting as a professional and polished point of contact where required
About You:
  • Proven payroll experience, ideally within a multi-site or complex environment
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of numerical accuracy
  • Confident using payroll systems and managing timesheet data
  • Professional, presentable and comfortable in a front-facing role
  • Able to work independently and take full ownership of the payroll function
