Kolt Recruitment  are seeking a skilled Vehicle Prepper to join a  busy accident repair centre in Taplow. The successful candidate will play a vital role in preparing vehicles for paintwork, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming.
• Ensuring all surfaces are smooth and ready for spraying.
• Mixing and applying fillers as required.
• Working efficiently to meet repair deadlines without compromising quality.
• Adhering to all health & safety regulations and workshop procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper within a bodyshop/accident repair environment.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of prepping materials and techniques.
• A full UK driving licence is desirable.
