A friendly and well-regarded primary school in Winchmore Hill, Enfield is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team from September 2026 as part of a job-share arrangement. The school is ideally looking for someone available three days per week, but applications from teachers seeking two or four days will also be considered.

One of the unique benefits of this role is that you will not be the substantive class teacher, meaning there is no planning responsibility and no PPA requirements, allowing you to focus on what you do best – delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils learning.

The Role
• Part-time job-share teaching position
• Year group allocated based on your experience and strengths (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
• Deliver high-quality teaching within an established classroom team
• Support pupils academic, social and emotional development
• Work collaboratively with teaching colleagues to ensure continuity for pupils
• Contribute positively to the wider school community

Salary will be determined based on experience and position on the Main Pay Range. The maximum salary applies to candidates with substantial teaching experience.
