Salary: £120 - £140 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming and friendly Primary School based in Consett, who are looking to appoint a Primary Teacher. The school creates an inviting learning environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential, while staff are supported by a dedicated and approachable Senior Leadership Team.

The school is looking to take on a passionate Primary Teacher on a day-to-day basis supporting Key Stage 1 / KS1 classes. The successful Primary Teacher will be expected to deliver engaging lessons, maintain excellent classroom management and support pupils in line with the Primary Curriculum.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)

Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 / KS1

Excellent classroom management

A positive and adaptable approach to teaching

Strong communication and organisational skills
