The Role – Primary Teaching Assistant

A welcoming primary school in Greenwich is seeking a committed and experienced Primary Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis. This is a fantastic Primary Teaching Assistant opportunity for a dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them achieve their full potential.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will provide both 1:1 and classroom-based support for pupils with ASD and behavioural challenges. As a Primary Teaching Assistant you will work closely with teaching staff to implement strategies that promote engagement, independence, and positive behaviour. Candidates should have at least one year of experience working within a primary school setting, and Team Teach training would be beneficial.
