Product Lister

Rocket Staffing are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established charity based in Rugby. This role offers the opportunity to support a meaningful cause while working in a fun, fast‑paced, and target‑driven environment. The successful candidate will play a key part in creating online product listings and supporting sales that directly benefit the charity’s work.

Pay Rate: £13.45

Overtime Rate: £20.17

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 
•  09:00 – 17:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating accurate and appealing product listings (minimum of 30 per day)
• Providing excellent customer service and handling enquiries
• Photographing products and uploading images to listings
• Performing general administrative tasks
• Managing and responding to business emails
• Achieving listing and sales targets
• Updating the company’s social media pages daily

Requirements:

• Confident computer skills and fast keyboard typing
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Experience using a digital camera for product photography
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Hobbies or interests that align with product knowledge (advantageous but not essential)
