Production Operative (2pm - 10pm)

£16.64 per hour | Temp-to-Perm | Immediate Start

I'm recruiting for a fantastic manufacturing business with a great atmosphere and supportive team. This is a hands‑on production role with real opportunities to grow within the company.

• Operating production machinery
• Assembling and handling components with care
• Completing detailed quality checks
• Finishing/trimming parts using small hand tools
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy (industrial environment)
• Following all health & safety procedures
• Recording production activity and reporting defects

• Good attention to detail
• Happy working in a factory or production environment
• Able to follow written instructions
• Reliable, safety‑aware, and comfortable working independently
• A background within blending could be advantageous
• Previous production or factory experience is beneficial

• £16.64 per hour
• 2pm-10pm fixed shift
