Production Operative

Location: Warrington

We are recruiting a Production Operative to join a well‑established UK manufacturing environment based in Warrington.

This is a hands‑on, temp‑to‑perm opportunity with long‑term prospects, structured training, and progression once permanent.

• Monday - Thursday: 8:15am - 4:30pm
• Friday: 8:15am - 3:30pm
• Early finish every Friday

• £12.71 per hour
• Pay increase once permanent, following full machine training and skill development

As a Production Operative, you'll be involved in the manufacture and assembly of products in a factory setting.

Key duties include:

• General production and labouring tasks
• Building and assembling components
• Using hand tools and basic machinery
• Assisting with cutting, drilling, fixing, sealing, and finishing components
• Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
• Supporting different stages of the manufacturing process as required

• Previous general labouring, production, or manufacturing experience
• Confident with hands‑on, physical work
• Comfortable using tools and working with materials
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes

• Temp‑to‑perm opportunity with long‑term stability
• Full training on all machinery once permanent
• Clear progression with pay increases as skills develop
• Monday-Friday role with no weekend working
• Early finish every Friday
