Production Operative

Position: Production Operative
Location: Winsford
Contract Type: Temporary (Temp to Permanent for the right candidate)
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM

What You'll Do:
As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in our production process. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing the Mix: Assist in preparing the materials needed for production.
• Heating: Get the mix ready for our machines, ensuring optimal performance. Heavy manual labourer involved.
• General Warehouse Duties: Support the team with various warehouse tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Experience;

• Previous production experience.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

This position may require physical activity and the ability to lift and move materials. Safety equipment will be provided.
