Shift Patterns
We offer flexible shift patterns to suit your lifestyle:

Rotating 3-shift pattern

- 6:30 am - 2:30 pm
- 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm
- 10:30 pm - 6:30 am

4 on/4 off schedule

Role Overview
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing process. You'll have the chance to learn about operating production equipment in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for those eager to grow within the manufacturing sector!

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

• Operating production equipment to process raw materials into finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Operate production machinery to manufacture finished products efficiently
• Monitor production lines to ensure continuous operation and optimal performance.
• Identify and report any faults or issues to the Line Manager to maintain workflow.
• Uphold a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements
To thrive in this position, you should have:

• A valid FLT licence (Counterbalance & Reach).
• A willingness to learn and progress within the manufacturing field.
• Strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail.

Assessment Process
Our selection process includes:

• Colour vision test to ensure accuracy in production tasks.
• Competency-based interview to assess your skills and fit for the role.
• Drug and alcohol testing (including urine and breathalyser) to maintain a safe workplace.
