Pay: £12.75 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm (12 weeks)
Hours: 7:30am – 4:15pm, Monday to Friday (38.75 hours)
Early finish on Fridays
We’re recruiting Production Operatives for a growing food manufacturing in Driffield site, supplying major UK retailers.
Working in a chilled environment, you’ll be part of a small team producing bulk food products to strict quality and hygiene standards.
- Weighing ingredients to set recipes
- Preparing and mixing food products
- Operating production and slicing machinery
- Completing production paperwork accurately
- Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
- Supporting team output to meet daily orders
- Previous production, factory or food manufacturing experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Reliable, hands-on and team-focused
- Able to travel to site, own transport recommended
