Production Operatives Required – Vegetable Processing Factory (Boston)

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to work in a busy vegetable processing factory based in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment with consistent hours and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on production lines handling fresh vegetables
• Sorting, packing, and preparing products for distribution
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Following food safety and health & safety procedures
• Supporting general factory duties as required

Shift Pattern:

• Rotating 8-hour shifts:
  • 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm
  • 10:00pm – 6:00am

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay rate: £13.00 – £13.55 per hour
• Paid breaks
• Regular, ongoing work
• Opportunity for long-term positions

Requirements:

• Previous production or factory experience is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
