Production Operative

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in the heart of Horsham, is looking for a motivated Production Technician to join their growing team. This is a brilliant chance to learn new skills, work with supportive colleagues, and be part of a busy, positive production environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating a range of machinery and equipment
• Working to daily production schedules
• Assembling and packaging products with care and accuracy
• Quality checking products to ensure high standards
• Supporting colleagues to meet team goals

What we’re looking for:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work
• A team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude
• Able to follow clear work instructions and processes

What you’ll receive:

• £13 per hour – paid weekly
• Monday to Friday – no weekends
• Temporary to permanent opportunity
• Full training provided on-site
• Friendly, supportive working environment
