Production Operative

We are currently looking for x4 Production Operatives to join our manufacturing client in Winchester. No previous experience is required in this environment, just great attention to detail, patience, and good dexterity. 
 

Job Responsibilities

• General Production Duties - Gluing products, assembly, machine operation, wire cutting etc. All training will be given
• Following structured procedures to ensure consistent, high‑quality output.

Skills & Attributes

• Patient, careful, and detail‑focused.
• Comfortable working in fast paced environment
• Good hand–eye coordination
• Willing to learn different parts of Production

Pay Rate

£12.71 per hour

Shifts

Monday – Thursday (4 Day Working Week) 
Hours Can be Flexible (6am-4pm / 7am-5pm etc) 
 

Contract

Ongoing Temp Role - Opportunity to move into a permanent role.
