Production Operative

Production Operative – Day Shift (4 on / 4 off)

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment based in Methwold. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in production or manufacturing who is looking for a stable, long-term role with a consistent shift pattern and no night work.

Shift Pattern:

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 4 days on, 4 days off
• No night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitoring product quality and ensuring standards are met at all times
• Following health & safety and food safety procedures
• Supporting with line changeovers and basic maintenance tasks
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Good reliability and work ethic
