Production Operative (Plastic Injection Moulding)

Near Chipping Norton / Enstone, Oxfordshire

£30,500 per annum
Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 6:00pm

Our client is a well-established manufacturer with over 40 years’ experience producing innovative plastic-based safety products used across construction, highways, and infrastructure sectors.

Operating from a modern facility in Oxfordshire, they design and manufacture high-quality, sustainable products – many made from recycled materials – supplying customers across the UK and internationally.

The Role

We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team, working within the plastic injection moulding department.

This is a hands-on role working with machinery to produce high-volume plastic components used in safety equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating plastic injection moulding machines
• Loading raw materials and monitoring production cycles
• Removing finished products from moulds
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Trimming, finishing, and preparing products for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working efficiently to meet production targets

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday
• 6:00am – 6:00pm
• 3-day weekend every week

Pay

• £30,500 per annum

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (injection moulding advantageous but not essential)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable with strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
