Key Responsibilities - Supporting production requirements alongside Line Leaders and Team Leaders
- Operating machinery within the packing and filling department
- Ensuring all materials are quality approved before use
- Maintaining clean production equipment and work areas
- Adjusting machinery and processes to meet required specifications
- Completing production schedules and quality control documentation
- Working in line with GMP and hygiene standards
What we're looking for
- Experience within a fast-paced factory or warehouse setting
- A practical and logical approach to work
- Good numeracy and basic computer skills
- A flexible and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- The ability to recognise faults and resolve issues quickly
- Willingness to work overtime during busy periods
- Experience with changing lines would be advantageous
