Location: Corby

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 17:30

  • Friday: 09:00 – 16:00

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Contract Type: Temp to Perm (Permanent after 12–13 weeks)

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment in Corby. This is a great opportunity for reliable individuals looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packing finished products

  • Operating labelling machines

  • General machine operating

  • Ensuring products meet quality standards

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

  • Supporting the wider team to meet daily production targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)

  • Good attention to detail

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
