Are you an experienced Production Engineer, or Operations Manager, with a background in the oil industry, looking to work for a reputable subsea equipment manufacturer?

On offer is the opportunity to join a highly respected supplier, with a strong reputation for delivering subsea equipment to the global energy sector.

The company are known for their technical expertise, innovative engineering solutions, and high-quality manufacturing capability, supplying bespoke equipment for complex offshore operations worldwide.

In this senior leadership role, you will oversee end-to-end product management, leading new product development from concept through to production.

The role will also involve budgeting, cost control, and driving product strategy and innovation across the business.

This role would suit someone with a strong background in the oil industry, who combines strong technical engineering knowledge with commercial awareness and product leadership capability. Specific product training can be provided.

The Role

• Co-ordinating end-to-end product management
• Supporting new product introduction
• Analyse product performance, cost control, and profitability
• Liasing with clients to ensure product alignment

The Person

• Background in oil & gas manufacturing
• Experience in product management, product development, or technical leadership
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
