• Producing and maintaining accurate route cards for production jobs

• Identifying and resolving production bottlenecks through effective resource allocation
• Leading, motivating, and developing a team of production operatives
• Maintaining a safe, organised working environment aligned with health and safety standards

As a Production Team Leader, your experience will include:

• Proven experience as a Production Team Leader or Senior Operative within Electronic Manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
• Experience managing people, including performance and difficult conversations
• Clear communication skills across multiple departments
