Programme Manager – ServiceNow Implementation

A well-known HE organisation at the start of a ServiceNow implementation is seeking a Programme Manager to provide leadership, structure and delivery assurance from the outset.

This role is critical in setting strong foundations for future phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Wave 1 delivery of a ServiceNow implementation programme.
• Establish programme governance, delivery cadence and controls.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams including platform configuration, integrations and service design.
• Manage delivery partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure early‑phase risks, dependencies and design decisions are well managed.
• Support transition planning into subsequent implementation waves.

Skills & Experience

• Strong and recent HE experience is advantageous
• Demonstrable experience leading ServiceNow or enterprise ITSM platform implementations.
• Strong programme governance and early‑phase delivery capability.
• Experience setting up delivery structures for multi‑wave programmes.
• Confident working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
