Job Overview

We are recruiting for a German speaking Project Executive / Junior Project Coordinator to join a leading international packaging and creative design agency working with global FMCG and retail brands.

This is an excellent entry-level / junior opportunity for a graduate, college leaver, or early career professional with A Level German (or equivalent) and some administration or office experience, looking to build a career in project management, account management, or client services.

This role is ideal for candidates from administration, education, eLearning, compliance, customer service, translation/localisation, or structured office-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage client accounts and project administration
• Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and internal workflows
• Liaise with German-speaking clients and internal teams (DACH region)
• Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Provide regular updates to the Account Director / Project Manager
• Support delivery of FMCG packaging and retail design projects
• Ensure high levels of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
• Assist with multiple projects and workflows simultaneously

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum A Level German and English (spoken and written)
• Strong administration or office-based experience (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Interest in building a career in project management or account management
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Must be able to commute to South London / Purley
