Description
- Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet expectations and KPIs
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to address challenges.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Ensure compliance with organisational and sector-specific regulations and standards.
- Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
- Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for future improvements.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A proven track record in managing complex projects within the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Job Offer
- A fixed-term contract for 12 months, offering stability and focus on impactful projects.
