REED Business Support are pleased to be working with one of Scotland's fastest growing Housing Associations, who are looking to recruit a 'Property Administrator' on a Temporary Contract. This is a key administrative and customer‑facing role within the Property Maintenance service, ensuring works are coordinated efficiently and delivered right‑first‑time. You will act as a central point of contact for customers, contractors and internal teams, providing proactive, accurate and high‑quality support throughout the lifecycle of planned works.

Details:

Temporary Contract - 12 - 16 weeks

Shift Pattern - 9-5

£38,000 (per annum)

Start Date: ASAP

Location - Falkirk

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to planned maintenance supervisors, assistant supervisors and contract surveyors.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers and contractors.
  • Ensure customers are informed in advance of the upcoming years programme of planned works.
  • Liaise with customers and contractors to ensure that suitable appointments are made for surveys, installations and post inspections to be carried out.
  • Process all supplier orders in line with the agreed timescales.
  • Work with the Strategic Asset Team to ensure that work orders are raised through the internal housing management system [Aareon] ensuring all appropriate coding is used and when work completed update as appropriate.
