Property Manager – Manchester City Centre
Monday to Friday - 9am–5pm - No Weekends
£25,000–£28,000 + Bonus

A growing and modern property business is looking for a Property Manager to join their Manchester city centre team and take ownership of a residential portfolio.

The Role

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties from move-in to move-out
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor works
• Carrying out inspections and ensuring full property compliance
• Working closely with lettings, maintenance and finance teams

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in residential property management
• Good knowledge of tenancy legislation and compliance
• Strong organisation and multitasking skills
• A proactive and professional communication style
• Ability to manage a busy portfolio independently
