We are looking for a motivated Workshop Manager to join our Aberhill Depot and lead a team of engineers and support staff to keep our buses safe, reliable, and on the road.
The Role
- Manage, support, and motivate a team of engineers
- Oversee maintenance, servicing, and cleaning of a fleet of 83 vehicles
- Ensure safety, quality, and operational standards are met
- Liaise with Operations to meet targets
- Troubleshoot and provide technical guidance with excellent diagnostic skills
Requirements
- Relevant engineering qualifications - Level 3 in PSV/HGV
- Proven workshop supervisory experience
- Knowledge of PSV operations
- Strong leadership, energy, and enthusiasm
