ALF Recruit, working on behalf of a well-established Bury employer, we're recruiting a Purchasing Administrator for a successful business in Bury a long-standing operation with a genuine reputation for looking after its people. Whats on offer?

  • £25,000–£27,000 DOE
  • 9–5, Monday to Friday

You'll sit within the procurement team, supporting the day-to-day running of the purchasing function. Think raising and processing purchase orders, keeping supplier records accurate, tracking deliveries and chasing the ones that are late, resolving invoice queries, and updating pricing on the internal system. You'll be liaising with suppliers and departments across the business to keep things moving.

What we're looking for

Someone organised, proactive and keen to build a career. A bit of experience in a finance or admin setting processing invoices, purchase orders, that kind of thing would set you up well, but it's your attitude and appetite to learn that count most. This role has been created with progression in mind.
