Academics is currently recruiting qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to support a variety of nursery settings across Brighton & Hove on a flexible supply basis.

If you are passionate about early years education and enjoy working in different environments, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across a range of nurseries while maintaining flexibility around your existing commitments. We can offer work to suit your availability, whether you're looking for occasional shifts or more regular placements.

• Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children within nursery settings.
• Support children's development through play-based learning and structured activities.
• Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
• Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding requirements.
• Work collaboratively with nursery teams to ensure the best outcomes for children.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.

• CACHE Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or an equivalent full and relevant Level 3 qualification).
• Previous experience working within an early years or nursery setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach to work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
