📌 The Role

We are looking for Level 2 (minimum) qualified EYFS practitioners with hands-on nursery experience. You will be supporting children aged 0-5 in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.



⏰ Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts between 7:00am - 6:00pm
  • Opportunities include:
    • Day-to-day supply
    • Part-time roles
    • Full-time positions


✅ Key Responsibilities

As a Nursery Practitioner, your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Supporting the learning and development of children in line with the EYFS framework
  • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
  • Assisting with daily routines including:
    • Feeding and snack times
    • Nappy changing and toileting
    • Sleep routines
  • Observing, tracking, and recording children's development and progress
  • Encouraging social, emotional, and physical development through play
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety at all times
  • Supporting children with additional needs where required
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the setting


🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (EYFS)
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach
