Are you a CACHE Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible work across Mid Sussex?

Academics is currently supporting a range of nurseries in Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, East Grinstead, Hassocks and the surrounding areas, and we are looking for enthusiastic Early Years professionals to join our growing team.

With opportunities available in a variety of nursery settings, we can offer flexible supply work, long-term placements and permanent positions to suit your experience and availability.

We are seeking candidates who:

* Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare or an equivalent Early Years qualification
* Have experience working within nursery or Early Years settings
* Possess a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* Are passionate about supporting children's learning and development
* Can build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
* Are reliable, adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality care
