Pay: Top rates paid - dependent on experience

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting multiple Level 3 Qualified Childcare Practitioners to join our warm, friendly, and hardworking team at several nurseries across Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate childcare professionals looking for a rewarding role with excellent pay and support. We almost certainly have an opportunity near to you.

The Role

You will help provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can develop, learn, and flourish.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
• Plan and support engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of all children
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Observe, assess, and record children's development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) - essential
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
• A caring, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and best practice
