We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Quality Administrator to join our growing Quality Team in Fareham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with data and systems, and wants to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management System (QMS). You’ll be at the heart of ensuring our quality processes run smoothly, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and helping drive operational excellence across the business.

What you’ll be doing


As our Quality Administrator, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring all quality records and documentation are maintained accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing accurate record-keeping processes to support key quality initiatives and KPI reporting
  • Maintaining compliant, accessible, and up-to-date QMS records using company scanning and document management systems
  • Monitoring external documentation for revisions and ensuring updates are captured and implemented
  • Supporting the update of internal processes and procedures through workflow mapping
  • Assisting with customer assessments, audits, and questionnaires
  • Providing administrative support for FAIR (First Article Inspection Reports)
  • Compiling, analysing, and reviewing KPI metrics and quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting periodic performance reviews and contributing to action plans that close operational gaps
  • Collaborating across departments and attending cross-functional meetings to support continuous quality improvement
  • Helping drive efficiencies by supporting process improvement initiatives across the organisation


What we’re looking for


We’re looking for someone who is motivated, organised, and passionate about delivering high standards.

Essential


  • Minimum A-Level qualification (or equivalent)
  • Basic report-writing skills
  • Strong IT literacy, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Analytical mindset with a methodical approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Desirable

  • Experience working within a quality or regulated environment
  • Knowledge of quality auditing techniques
  • Experience with document control systems or process documentation
