Reception Teacher (EYFS)

A lovely one-form entry school is also seeking a Reception Teacher to join their EYFS team from September.

This is an over-subscribed school and very popular locally, with a long-established leadership team. The school is in a lovely, residential part of the borough, well served by public transport and also has off-street parking available.

The Headteacher is ideally looking for an experienced teacher but would consider an exceptional Early Career Teacher (ECT). The school has a strong track record of supporting teachers through their ECT induction.

• Teaching a Reception class within a one-form entry setting.
• Delivering a creative, engaging, and child-centred EYFS curriculum.
• Creating a stimulating learning environment that supports children's development across all areas of learning.
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Tracking progress and ensuring children make excellent progress from their starting points.
• Working independently while contributing positively to the wider school community.

Essential requirements:

• Passion for Early Years education.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework.
• Excellent classroom organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire young learners and foster a love of learning.

Salary: Paid to scale.
