We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis in Southend.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is immediately available and enjoys a fast-paced, front-of-house role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors and providing a professional first point of contact
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Managing reception duties and general administrative tasks
• Handling post, emails, and appointments

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A professional and friendly manner
• A driver is highly desirable due to the location being difficult to access via public transport
• Available for an immediate start
