A Shared Workspace Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for members, guests, and prospective clients. This role requires previous receptionist experience and strong customer‑service skills to maintain a polished, efficient, and welcoming environment.

Must be available to work between 8th and 22nd July.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front‑desk operations — greet members and visitors, manage check‑ins, handle enquiries, and maintain a professional reception area.

  • Member support — assist with workspace bookings, troubleshoot access issues, and provide day‑to‑day help to ensure a smooth member experience.

  • Call and email management — answer and route calls, respond to enquiries, and manage general inboxes.

  • Workspace coordination — oversee meeting room schedules, prepare spaces for bookings, and liaise with cleaning or facilities teams.

  • Tours and onboarding — support community managers by welcoming prospective clients and assisting with new‑member orientation.

  • Administrative support — handle mail, deliveries, filing, and basic office tasks.

Required Experience
  • Previous receptionist experience in a customer‑facing environment (shared workspace, hospitality, corporate office, or similar).

  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organisational skills.

  • Confident using booking systems, email platforms, and basic office software.
