Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placing temporary and permanent candidates.

Operating in a fast paced, target driven environment, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing existing client relationships, and delivering a high quality customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and building strong relationships with new construction clients
• Manage and grow existing client accounts
• Winning new vacancies
• Sourcing, screening and shortlisting suitable candidates
• Managing the full recruitment process from new vacancies to placements
• Ensuring full compliance and documentation is completed
• Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates

About You:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (construction sector preferred)
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship building skills
• Target driven with a strong sales mentality
• Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies and clients
• Familiar with recruitment systems and compliance processes
