Recruitment Consultant – Industrial Desk

Due to continued growth and strong demand from our clients, we're excited to be expanding our team!

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and friendly team in our Kirkby office, managing and developing an established Industrial Desk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a successful career in recruitment.

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and developing the Industrial Desk
• Winning new business through proactive cold calling and client development
• Sourcing and attracting candidates for a range of industrial and warehouse roles
• Managing job boards, CV databases, and social media recruitment channels
• Screening applicants and coordinating interviews
• Matching candidates with suitable opportunities and managing the recruitment process
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates

What We're Looking For

• A proactive, organised, and people-focused individual
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in making sales and business development calls
• Previous recruitment experience is preferred, ideally within the industrial sector
• A driven and ambitious approach with a desire to achieve targets and earn bonus
• Based at our Kirkby office
