Vacancy - Recruitment Consultant (Fully Remote)
Location - Fully Remote
Core working hours – Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Salary up to circa £35,000 per annum negotiable depending on experience + Excellent Uncapped Commission Structure (Paid Quarterly)
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team and contribute to continuing the drive in our growth. You will be joining a small friendly team of experienced recruiters, along with a highly capable resourcer.
You will be at the forefront of our client and candidate interactions (mainly by phone), responsible for developing and nurturing relationships, expanding our client and candidate base, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
You will be responsible for all the usual elements of working as a 360-recruitment consultant, with an emphasis on new business development and building your own client base.
In addition, as a specialist recruiter you will also have the desire to stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and recruitment best practices to provide informed and valuable insights to clients and candidates.

What We're Looking For
- Up-to-date experience in permanent recruitment, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to offer acceptance.
- A proven track record in business development in the recruitment industry
- Able to expertly handle 30 – 40 live vacancies consistently
- Confident and professional telephone manner, with the ability to build relationships and generate new business through proactive outreach
- Natural ability to develop rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates
- Driven, ambitious and motivated by success
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Experience of using a recruitment CRM system
- Takes ownership of responsibilities and maintains high levels of productivity in a remote working environment
