We're looking for an Industrial or Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join an established team of five recruiters in Mansfield, managing a fast-paced temporary recruitment desk within either sector.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing and developing a busy temps desk, ensuring clients receive exceptional service while maintaining a steady pipeline of quality candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing temporary staffing requirements for industrial or commercial clients
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Managing temporary worker bookings and availability
• Ensuring compliance and onboarding processes are completed accurately
• Developing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities
• Delivering outstanding service to both clients and candidates
• Working closely with your colleagues to support branch growth

About You

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within Industrial or commercial recruitment
