Recruitment Resourcer

Ideal Recruit is currently looking for a new team member to join us as a Recruitment Resourcer / Consultant in an on-site role based in Daventry (NN11 area).

This role involves delivering recruitment services to our clients, working closely with site operations and the existing recruitment team to source and place the best candidates for warehouse roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with management to understand recruitment needs and service requirements
• Source candidates using various tools such as Logic Melon, CV search, job boards, and open days
• Manage the full onboarding process from start to finish
• Complete all recruitment administration to ensure timely onboarding
• Register new candidates and maintain accurate records
• Ensure all compliance and documentation is up to date

About You:

• Driven, motivated, and passionate about recruitment
• Proactive, organised, and responsive
• Able to manage a high volume of workload and prioritise effectively
• Eager to learn and develop within a growing company

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

Salary:

• Starting from £25.842 per annum (depending on experience)

Experience:

• Previous recruitment experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
• Full training will be provided for the right candidate

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (required)
