This role is situated on the outskirts of Swindon and therefore a driving liscence is essential.

This Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will have the following responsibilities:
- Speaking with candidates to discuss current job opportunities
- Reaching out to talent through phone calls, emails, texts, and social media
- Supporting experienced consultants with sourcing and introducing talent to clients
- Matching suitable candidates to client requirements and recruitment needs
The ideal candidate for this Trainee Recruitment Consultant vacancy will have the following attributes and exposure:
- A previous exposure in sales
- Passionate about relationship building
- Driven by targets and KPI’s
- A strong and effective communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels
- A hunger to develop and learn and become the best in the market
- A full UK driving licence is essential
