Registered Complex Clinical Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Registered Nurse looking to progress into a senior leadership role within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation. You will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact by leading the delivery of high-quality complex care services.
 
The role involves overseeing approximately 2,000 hours of care per week, ensuring exceptional clinical standards and operational excellence across multiple complex care packages.
 
Benefits:
  • £50,000 – £60,000 per annum plus bonus
  • 33 days annual leave (25 days plus 8 bank holidays)
  • Monday to Friday working pattern
  • Hybrid working available following successful completion of probation
  • Ongoing support from an experienced senior clinical team
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational oversight for complex homecare clients
  • Complete comprehensive clinical assessments for individuals with high-acuity needs
  • Lead recruitment activities and coordinate staffing across complex care packages
  • Conduct clinical supervision, competency assessments and staff development reviews
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, clinical governance requirements and company policies
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, families and internal stakeholders
  • Support service growth, development and continuous quality improvement initiatives
 
Essential Requirements:
  • Active NMC PIN registration
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage effectively with non-clinical stakeholders
  • Ability to make confident autonomous clinical decisions
  • Previous experience managing within a health or social care setting
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
