Registered Manager – Children’s Residential

💷 From £50,000 + 10% Bonus
🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday (9am–5pm) + On-Call

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties linked to trauma, neglect, and adverse childhood experiences.

🔑 The Role:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the residential home
• Provide strong, motivational leadership to a dedicated care team
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and legislation
• Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and service delivery standards
• Drive positive outcomes and therapeutic care approaches
• Work collaboratively with external professionals and internal teams
• Participate in a shared on-call rota (approx. 1 in 9)

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a Registered Manager or senior leadership role within children’s residential care
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, Children’s Homes Regulations, and Ofsted standards
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to produce reports and manage service performance
