📍 Registered Manager – Children’s Home (HX7)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to lead a newly transitioned children’s residential home in the HX7 area.

This is a 4-bed service specialising in CSE, supporting children aged 4–11. The home has recently transitioned from an EBD service and benefits from a fully established team already in place, including senior and deputy support. The service is ready for registration and first placements, offering a unique opportunity to shape the home from the ground up.

A dedicated on-site primary school is due to open in September, creating a highly integrated care and education setting.

💼 The Role

• Lead the registration and opening of the children’s home
• Establish a strong, positive culture and therapeutic environment
• Prepare the service for Ofsted registration and inspection
• Oversee safeguarding, compliance, and care standards from the outset
• Support and develop an already established staff team
• Work closely with education provision and external stakeholders
• Drive high-quality outcomes for children from first placement onwards

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Registered Manager or strong Deputy ready for first registration
• Background in CSE, EBD, or complex needs within children’s residential care
• Good understanding of Ofsted regulations and registration process
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
• Passion for early intervention and child-centred care
