TDA Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up or an established Registered Manager to lead a solo EBD children’s home supporting one young person.

This is a rare opportunity to run a low occupancy, high-support home with strong therapeutic input and realistic staffing levels.

🏡 The Home

• Solo provision – 1 young person
• 2:1 staffing ratio plus management support
• Team of 6 Residential/Senior Support Workers
• Backed by a dedicated Therapeutic Psychologist
• Focus on trauma-informed and therapeutic care

👤 The Role

You will:

• Lead and develop a stable, high-performing team
• Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
• Drive positive outcomes and prepare for Ofsted registration (if new)
• Shape the culture and standards of the home from day one

🎯 We’re Open To:

1. Deputy Managers ready to step up

• Strong EBD experience
• Working towards / willing to complete Level 5
• Leadership capability and ambition

2. Experienced Registered Managers

• Minimum 12 months Ofsted registration
• Level 5 qualified
• Track record of Good/Outstanding outcomes
