Registered Manager (LD)

Stephen James Consulting are partnering with a specialist provider to recruit a Learning Disabilities (LD) Registered Manager. This role will oversee a residential service supporting young adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compliant, person-centred care
• Lead day-to-day operations and service performance
• Oversee care planning promoting independence and life skills
• Manage safeguarding, risk, and quality assurance
• Lead and develop the staff team
• Work with families, professionals, and local authorities
• Drive continuous improvement across the service

Requirements:

• Experience as a Registered Manager in LD, Autism, or Mental Health
• Strong leadership in residential care settings
• Knowledge of safeguarding, person-centred care, and PBS
• Experience managing teams and service performance
• Level 5 Diploma (or working towards)

This role offers a salary of £40,000 – £45,000.
