We are seeking an experienced and driven Registered Manager to lead our well-established supported living services, delivering over 1,500 hours of care per week across Manchester and Cheshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader with proven experience in large-scale supported living environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our excellent reputation while driving service growth and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple supported living services
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered
- Lead, motivate, and develop a large staff team
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Identify opportunities for service development and expansion
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager (or similar leadership role) in supported living
- Strong background managing high-volume care hours/services
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes
- Committed to both maintaining quality and supporting business growth
